Additional Fees Other Than the Product Price

International Shipping Fees:
International shipping fees are calculated based on the destination country or region and the total weight (or quantity) of the products. The final shipping fee will be displayed and confirmed at checkout.

Customs Duties, Import Taxes, and Other Charges:
Customs duties, VAT (value-added tax), customs clearance fees, and other charges may be imposed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the destination country or region. All such charges are the responsibility of the customer (recipient). Please pay these charges directly to the delivery carrier upon delivery.

Defective or Incorrectly Shipped Products
We will replace a product only if the delivered product has an evident quality issue, such as damage or staining, or if the product received differs from the product ordered. Please contact our customer support within 14 days of receiving the product and attach photographs or a video clearly showing its condition.

We do not accept any returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons attributable to the customer.

Shipping and Delivery Time
Products will be shipped from Japan within 10 days after your order is confirmed.

After shipment, delivery generally takes approximately 5 to 14 days, depending on the destination and shipping method.

Please note that delivery may take longer than usual due to customs clearance procedures or local delivery conditions in the destination country or region.

Return Period and Shipping Costs
We will only accept claims concerning defective or incorrectly shipped products if we are contacted within 14 days of delivery. In such cases, we will bear the cost of shipping the replacement product and the return shipping cost, provided that the product is returned using the method specified by us.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and all disputes arising out of or in connection with this service shall be governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
